This is not a wrapper around the website. It is the same studio system your artist uses, cut down to the parts a client needs, with the phone doing the things a browser cannot — reminders that arrive, a signature you draw with your finger, and a check-in that knows you have pulled into the lot.

No. Every booking, waiver and deposit on this website works exactly the same in a browser, and it always will — we are not going to fence off the shop behind an install. The app exists because a phone can do things a web page cannot: send you a reminder you will actually see, let you sign with your finger, unlock with Face ID, and check you in when you arrive.
Not to look around. As a guest you can browse artists and portfolios, read services and pricing, check upcoming events and reviews, see today’s walk-in availability, and even take a walk-in slot with just a name and a phone number. Booking a full appointment asks you to sign in, because that appointment has to belong to somebody.
Nothing. The app is free on both the App Store and Google Play. There is no subscription and no paywall — the only money that ever changes hands is your booking deposit and the price of the tattoo itself, exactly as it works in the shop.
Yes. It is the same account and the same studio records. Sign in with the email you booked with and your upcoming sessions, signed waivers and deposit history are already there — nothing to import and nothing to re-enter.
