• Your profile information (name, email, phone, address, date of birth)
• Waiver details you submitted (including health information and ID photos)
• Your profile photo and account credentials

Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. signed consent forms and financial/transaction records) for the minimum period required, after which they are deleted. Requests are typically processed within 30 days.
