What flash tattoos are
Flash is artwork an artist has already drawn and is ready to tattoo as-is. Because the design work is done, flash is quicker to sit for and cheaper than a custom piece — and you can see exactly what you are getting before you commit, instead of waiting on a drawing.
There are 34 designs in the gallery below, drawn for 3 PhillyInkz flash days. Designs are first come, first served — once a piece has been claimed it comes off the sheet, so tell us which one you want when you book.
Sizes are usually palm-sized or smaller and most pieces are finished in a single sitting. Want a flash design resized, recoloured or placed somewhere specific? Ask at booking — small changes are usually fine, and anything bigger becomes a custom piece instead.
