Describe the tattoo you want — style, size, placement — attach a reference image, and say what you can actually spend. Offers run from $100 to $1,000.
Pick the artist
Send it to the artist whose portfolio matches the piece. It goes to them directly, not into a shared pile, so the answer comes from the person who would actually be tattooing you.
Get a real answer
They accept, decline, or counter with what the piece genuinely costs to do properly. Offers expire after 7 days, so you are never left waiting on a maybe.

An offer is not a discount code and it is not a haggle. It is a way to skip the awkward part of the consultation: you say the number, the artist tells you what that number honestly buys. Sometimes the answer is a smaller version of the same idea, or black and grey instead of colour, or one session instead of three — and that is a better tattoo than stretching a budget until the work suffers.
A reference image makes a real difference. Artists quote far more accurately from a picture than from a paragraph, and an offer with a photo attached gets answered faster.
