What we tattoo
PhillyInkz is a full-service tattoo studio in Ocala serving Marion County — Silver Springs, Belleview, Summerfield, The Villages and Dunnellon. Whether it is your first piece or a cover-up of something you have regretted for a decade, one of these four is where you start.
Custom Tattoo Design
Bring a rough idea, a reference folder or nothing but a story, and one of our artists draws an original piece built around your placement, your skin and your budget. Every custom booking starts with a sit-down about size, flow and how the design will age.
- Original artwork drawn for you
- Free design revisions before ink
- Illustrative, surreal, minimalist and mixed-media work
Realism & Portrait Tattoos
Photorealistic black-and-grey and colour work — portraits, animals, landscapes and memorial pieces rendered with the depth and contrast that make a tattoo read as a photograph from across the room.
- Black & grey and full-colour realism
- Portraits and memorial pieces
- Multi-session sleeves and back pieces
American Traditional Tattoos
Bold outlines, a tight colour palette and designs that still look sharp thirty years from now. Traditional and neo-traditional flash, plus custom pieces drawn in the same classic language.
- Bold linework that ages well
- Classic flash and custom traditional
- Neo-traditional colour work
Tattoo Consultations
A consultation is where the whole thing gets decided: what the piece is, where it sits, how long it takes and what it costs. Bring references, ask about pricing, and leave with a real quote instead of a guess.
- Honest pricing before you commit
- Placement, size and sitting-count advice
- Deposit goes toward the tattoo itself
How tattoo pricing works here
Small, simple pieces are quoted as a flat rate. Anything larger — a sleeve, a back piece, a heavy cover-up — is priced by the session, because the honest answer depends on how many sittings the design actually needs. You get that number at the consultation, in writing, before anyone picks up a machine.
What moves the price: size and placement, level of detail, colour versus black and grey, and how much of the existing skin has to be worked around. A deposit holds your date and comes off the final total — it is not an extra fee.

Not sure which one you need?
Most people do not arrive knowing whether their idea is a custom piece or a traditional one. Book a consultation and we will tell you honestly — including when the answer is a smaller, cheaper tattoo than the one you walked in asking for.
